How to do a Headstand (in the Middle of the Room) + a Cute Cameo

While I was away, I filmed a few instructional vids on how to do yoga stuff. Here is one of my favorite poses to practice…Headstand.

For those of you who practice with me at Equinox, know that I am adamant about headstand practice and letting go of the crutch of the “wall.” My latest video is a demo on how to learn headstand. Make sure you watch it till the end (even if you already know how to do a headstand) because there is a cute cameo of my 3 yr old niece.
