A Trend Here to Stay: Rose Gold Engagement Rings

Recently, I’ve been designing loads of rings in one of my favorite metals, Rose Gold. The pink hued metal was quite popular back in the art deco period and was first popularized by Cartier’s trinity ring!

Since the rose tint accents just about any stone perfectly, it has such a ‘modern classic’ vibe. I’m going to make a prediction: Rose gold is here to stay.

Here are some of my favorite rose gold engagement rings from this past year, and here’s why they’re so fabulous!

The Modern Look

I HAVE to put my newly engaged sister’s ring at the top of the list! I designed this ring specifically with rose gold in mind. The rose tint bounces off the diamonds perfectly!

The Classic

Sapphire gemstones pair with rose gold beautifully. The more traditional diamond halo is the perfect pairing.

The Vintage Inspired

On the flipside, a true blue sapphire looks just as divine. Blue and rose are two colors that irresistibly compliment one another, I just HAD to pair them!

I just adore rose gold! Don’t you?

In the comments below, let’s talk:

  1. What trend do you think is going to carry into 2015 (and beyond)?

  2. Would YOU ever opt for a rose gold engagement ring?

I’d love to help you with a special piece in rose gold. When you’re ready, go here to get started.

I’ve heard of rose gold, but I didn’t realize it was so beautiful! I completely agree that the rose tint complements any jewel and creates a great mix of modern and classic styles. I think it’s a great material if you want a unique ring. Thanks for sharing!
