Here's my story...
My passion for design started as a child. I dreamed of creating wedding gowns and growing up, was always an artist in some respect. When I took my first jewelry fabrication class as a college elective, the seed was planted. My instructor became my mentor.
The rest is history. I started my first jewelry business as a hobby, designing for bridal parties, friends and families.
In my twenties, I quit my day job to follow my dream full time. That big leap resulted in my first legitimate brand, Tracy Matthews Designs, Inc. Over the years, I grew a pretty awesome following.
- My collection was sold in over 350 retail outlets all over the globe (ABC Home, Sundance Catalog, Bloomingdale's, Anthropologie)
- Celebrities loved my work — Charlize Theron, Halle Berry, Orlando Bloom, and David Cooke all wore my designs
- My media coverage was abundant (InStyle, ELLE, Real Simple, Martha Stewart Weddings, Us Weekly, Entrepreneur, Yahoo Finance, TV shows, and movies)

Along the way, I also co-founded Flourish & Thrive Academy, where I've had the privilege of mentoring over 10,000 jewelry designers in building profitable, creative businesses. Teaching others to thrive has become one of the most fulfilling chapters of my career.
