Welcome to tracymatthews.com (the "Site"), operated by Tracy Matthews ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The content on this Site is provided for your general information and personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.
Custom Jewelry Services
All custom jewelry pieces are created on a commission basis. Specific pricing, timelines, materials, and design specifications are discussed individually during the consultation process. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom project, with the balance due upon completion.
Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Any concerns about a completed piece should be communicated within 14 days of receipt.
Design timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, material sourcing, and other factors. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Consultations
Submitting a consultation request through the Site does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of services. A formal engagement begins only after both parties have agreed to project terms, scope, and pricing in writing.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site are the intellectual property of Tracy Matthews and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
Custom jewelry designs created for clients are unique works. While you own the physical piece, the design itself remains the intellectual property of Tracy Matthews unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may photograph and feature completed pieces in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the content is free from errors or omissions. Gemstone descriptions, metal information, and design details are provided for educational and informational purposes and should not be considered as professional appraisal or certification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracy Matthews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
