Private lessons are an excellent way to refine a yoga practice and to work on specific areas of challenge. Focusing on posture and alignment, I can create a personalized practice based on your experience, strengths and limitations. Sessions are available for all levels from beginner to advanced.

I am deeply influenced by the strong postures of Ashtanga yoga as well as the freedom and creativity that a vinyasa format offers. My classes incorporate these modalities in a flowing, energetic format. Private sessions are generally 50-60% standing postures and balances, 30-40% seated poses and inversions and 10% meditation, pranayama (breath work) and relaxation.
Private lessons are available for 1 hour or 90 minute increments. Inquire about rates for Corporate, Small Groups and Individuals.
