One of My Favorite Breathing Practices
One of my New Year’s intentions was to create some fun free yoga content. Today, I wanted to share on of my favorite breathing exercises with you.
This practice is not only very grounding and balancing, but it is also great at clearing out your sinuses. We can probably all use this, especially during cold and flu season.
